Financial Policy

At Fort Worth Prosthodontics, we take pride in the quality of dentistry we provide. We customize treatment and care to each specific patient’s needs which is why we do not participate in PPO’s or HMO’s. Each patient deserves the best care achievable, and insurance policies that encourage otherwise can be detrimental to your dental care and oral health.

Although we are not “In-Network” with any insurances, we are happy to file any insurance claims to your insurance provider. This means that the insurance company reimburses the patient instead of the doctor after treatment has been provided. Insurance policies are contracted between you (the policy holder), and the insurance company – not the dental office. With that understanding, the patient is responsible for payment of all fees charged for treatment.

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. We make every effort to provide quality care at a reasonable cost for our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. You will receive a monthly statement for unpaid balances due. Most insurance companies will respond within four to six weeks. Please call our office if your statement does not reflect your insurance payment within that time frame. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility. Your prompt remittance is appreciated.
